What to expect
We appreciate that seeing a mental health professional for the first time may feel strange and you may have many questions about what to expect. This is why we offer a free initial 10 minute phone consultation so that you can ask the many questions that you have on your mind.
At your first appointment confidentiality and consent is explained. We will take some time to know you and develop the most effective treatment plan to meet your current concerns in order to achieve your goals and mental health wellbeing.
